Shipping & delivery
How long until my order ships?
Orders are processed within 3 business days. We don't ship on weekends or US public holidays. You'll get a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email the moment your parcel leaves us — check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Do you ship internationally? What about APO/FPO addresses?
Yes to both. We ship worldwide using USPS, UPS and DHL Express, and we deliver to P.O. boxes and to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. For a P.O. box or a military address, please pick a USPS service at checkout — UPS and DHL cannot deliver to them.
How much is shipping?
It's calculated at checkout from your address and the weight of your order, using live carrier rates. US orders of $60 or more ship free on our economy service.
Import duties, taxes & customs
Shipping to Canada? Nothing extra to pay on delivery. Canadian duties and import taxes are worked out at checkout and charged there, as their own Duties and Taxes lines. We remit them for you, so the courier won't ask you for a customs payment at the door and your parcel won't sit at the border waiting for one.
Will I have to pay import duty or customs fees?
It depends on where you are, and your checkout is the authoritative answer for your own order.
- If checkout shows Duties and Taxes lines — as it does for Canada — that's the whole amount. You've paid it, we remit it, and nothing further is owed on delivery.
- If checkout doesn't show them, your country may charge import duty, VAT or GST when the parcel arrives, along with a customs clearance or brokerage fee from the carrier. Those are set by your government and your carrier, not by us, and they aren't part of the shipping price you paid.
Full detail is in our shipping & returns policy.
A courier is asking me for a fee I wasn't expecting. What do I do?
Please don't refuse the parcel. Email support@omnishaver.com with your order number and a photo of the fee notice and we'll look at it with you the same or next business day. Almost always it's cheaper to resolve than to send the parcel back.
If a parcel is refused or goes unclaimed and comes back to us, we refund the products, but the outbound shipping, the return shipping and any duty or storage fees already charged have to come out of the refund.
Using your OmniShaver
How long do the blades last, and do I need replacement cartridges?
We can't put a number on it, but OmniShaver's edges outlast conventional razor blades by a wide margin. Kept clean and dry between shaves, the blades self-straighten and polish (or “strop”) as you use them, so they stay sharp for a very long time.
We're not claiming they stay sharp forever. But where most razors want replacing after about a week of shaves, getting well past two weeks from an OmniShaver is normal.
If yours feels like it's losing its edge
- 1. Clean it properly. Soak the OmniShaver in hot water for a couple of minutes, then rinse it under hot running water to loosen any clogged debris. When it's clean you should be able to see straight through the blades to the other side.
- 2. Strop it. Pick a 7–8″ patch of hairless skin — the underside of your forearm works well — and lubricate it generously with hair conditioner. Make 25 to 30 fast 5″ back-and-forth strokes over it.
- 3. Rinse and shave. Rinse the OmniShaver out, lubricate your scalp and try again. The edges should be back.

Are replacement cartridges compatible with my older Premium OmniShaver?
Replacement cartridges fit Premium OmniShavers made in January 2019 or later. Each replacement pack contains 4 shaving cartridges and 1 cartridge replacement tool.
Will the OmniShaver cut me?
Nicks usually come from repeated passes over already-irritated skin, or from pressing a dull blade harder for one last shave. OmniShaver needs fewer passes, and its edges keep themselves straight and polished as you shave, so both of those causes are reduced.
The most common cause of cuts with a conventional razor is the blade head being tilted by a leveraged handle, which changes the angle of attack against your skin mid-stroke. The OmniShaver's head keeps a constant parallel relationship to the surface it's cutting, so the angle stays consistent throughout the shave and gouging is far less likely.
What's the difference between the Classic and Premium OmniShaver?
The Premium weighs almost three times what the Classic does, because of its triple-plated steel shaving head. That extra mass does more than add heft: soak the head in hot water first and it holds that heat throughout the shave, transferring it to your skin as you go.
The warmth is soothing, and it opens up the hair follicle so the blades can get as close as possible.
Orders & returns
What is the return and exchange policy?
30 days, satisfaction guaranteed. Start your return at omnishaver.com/pages/returns or email support@omnishaver.com.
Return postage is paid by the buyer — we don't issue prepaid return labels — and shipping costs aren't refunded. Cosmetic items such as OmniShave Butter need to be at least 80% full. Bought on Amazon, Walmart or eBay? Please start the return on that platform instead.
Can I buy an OmniShaver in a shop?
Not yet — we sell online only. As well as this site you'll find us on Amazon (US, UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Australia and Canada), Walmart.com and eBay.
Anything bought elsewhere has to be returned through that marketplace, so ordering here keeps returns and support in one place.
