I have been using Omnishave for about a year and with my recent order there was a mixup and instead of getting their butter I received another razor. As soon as I mentioned the error, they immediately corrected the problem. Great product great service.
Unfortunately, after spending the money on the replacement cartridge kit for the premium shaver. I find out why I could not remove my old blades from the shaver. Apparently the premium shaver was updated after 1/1/19 and the premium shaver before that doesn’t allow the cartridges to be removed. Had that information been available I wouldn’t have spent the money on the kit without purchasing a new premium shaver. But I only get told by customer support via email that in order for me to use them, I must purchase another new shaver when nothing is or has been wrong with the one I purchased at the start up of this company and it’s products.
Disappointed with OmniShaver on the change from start-up until now. When I received my original order after placing my order at start up, the owner reached out via email after I had used the product and loved it to inform me that they made a mistake and sent me the original shaver and not the premium I had ordered. Had he not done that I honestly wouldn’t have realized that happened. But he made it right and made sure to send me the correct item without me having to say something first.
Don’t purchase kit unless you know you received another shaver after the beginning of 2019. Otherwise go for it, because it’s the customer support I’m upset with not the product itself.
